The Election Commission (EC) has launched several applications for citizens, candidates and political parties to effectively hold elections.
A useful application among the applications for the candidates that the EC has launched is the Suvidha Candidate application, which allows candidates in dispute to request permits.
Participating candidates can log on to the website https://suvidha.eci.gov.in and request permission. After a successful registration, an Android-based mobile application is available to track the status of the nomination, the status of its permission requests.
Candidates can download the application from the Google Play store and with their registered mobile phone number they can log in and track their applications, EC said.
